2024-2025 Rulemaking

The Board will also host a hybrid oral proceeding scheduled for May 6, 2025 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm to allow for verbal comments from the public. The link to the proceeding will be posted here at a later date.

2022-2023 Rulemaking

Given feedback during the rule making process, the Board has decided to withdraw the 2022-2023 rulemaking package and work closely with the Governor’s office to develop a more comprehensive rule package that will add additional public protections. Thus, the recently proposed rules will not be going into effect and licensees will be kept posted on future proposals. 2020 Rulemaking

The Notice of Final Rulemaking was filed with the Office of the Secretary of State on November 4, 2020 and the revised rules became effective on January 3, 2021.  To view the filing, click here.

2018 Rulemaking
