Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(A)(1)(a), the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners hereby states that Board and Academic Review Committee meeting notices are posted in the lobby area of the Board's office at 1740 West Adams St., Phoenix AZ 85007.  A full agenda for all Board and ARC meetings may also be found in the lobby area of the Board's office.

Digital audio recordings of Board and ARC meetings are available within five business days of the meeting, and are maintained for 3 years following the meeting. Review agendas, Board Meeting recordings, and minutes by selecting the appropriate meeting on the Meeting Information dropdown menu.  

Pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-802(B)(2) a licensee may report a maximum of 6 clock hours of continuing education for attendance at a Board meeting where the licensee does not address the Board with regard to any matter on the agenda.

If you attend a meeting for continuing education you must sign in with the meeting secretary and be sure to let them know if you leave before the meeting ends.  A CE certificate will be mailed to your address of record.

Agendas (posted approximately one week before each meeting) can be reviewed to get an idea of which meetings may have more interesting or educational matters scheduled.  Review agendas and minutes by selecting the appropriate Committee or Board on the Meeting Information dropdown menu.
