Jennifer Flack, LCSW

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in the mental health field since 2005.  In 2006, Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Metropolitan State University.  In 2010, she completed a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver.  Jennifer's career has traversed populations from birth to death.  She has worked in a variety of settings including:  Child and Adult Protection, Hospice, Nursing Facilities, Psychiatric Hospital, Inpatient Substance Rehabilitation and Community Mental Health before deciding to go into private practice.  In 2018, Obsidian Health and Wellness, in Litchfield Park was created where she specializes in trauma and addiction.
